Refund Policy - The Linden Review

1. Return Window

You may return unopened Hardero product within 14 calendar days of the date of receipt of your order. This is in accordance with our standard return policy and your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return and refund:

The product must be unopened - the original seal must be intact.
The return must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the date you received the product.
You must contact us before returning the product to receive return instructions.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or partially used product.
Product where the original seal has been broken.
Product returned after the 14-calendar-day window has passed.
Product damaged by the customer after delivery.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@flourishenergy.shop within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Include your name, order details and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return address.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the outcome. If the return is approved, a full refund of the purchase price (NZD 49.90 or the price paid) will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the product was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Product

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied product, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt. We will arrange replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

7. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. These statutory rights apply in addition to our return policy.
